RETURN AND EXCHANGES

 

DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

We apologise if we had sent you a defective/ incorrect item. Please email our Customer Care Team at info@SmallQBeads.com about it and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

SmallQBeads will reimburse postage incurred for defected/incorrect item(s) sent to you. Please note that we will only proceed on if the item was purchased directly from us.

All exchanges will be done via mailing only.

 

RETURNS FOR MERCHANDISE

Please drop an email to our Customer Care Team at info@SmallQBeads.com in the following format,

Subject: Return for <enter your Order Number/s)>

Content: <Item details >

<reason/s for return>

You may proceed to mail the item/s back to us after a confirmation email is received.

 

For your Return to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 7 working days from the date parcel was delivered. A credit note will be issued upon the receipt of your item. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Credit Notes issued can only be utilized in one transaction, depending on the quantity issued, any excess amount will not be refunded.

 

All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

 

Returns will only be done for item(s) with its tag intact, unused and purchased directly from us. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

 

Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. SmallQBeads will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.

 

All returns will be processed and will only be handled by mailing only.

 

All returns are final. If you would like to purchase the item again, you will have to purchase it directly from our website.
